Star Cell Phone Repair Shop

This place is the absolute worst, having poor customer service and very limited skills. Wanting to give a new business a chance, I took my broken phone screen to them. They quoted me $120 to have it fixed. Most fixes will be cheaper if it is just a crack but my repair also included some other parts due to some water damage that had occurred. My husband was actually the one to drop off and pick up the phone a couple days after I'd gotten the quote. When he picked the phone up, the guy said it would be $160. My husband said that I'd been quoted $120 and they settled at $130 including tax. But the point is, the price may not always be what you think. In addition to them price scam, the repair didn't work! It worked for a couple hours and later in the evening, the phone stopped recognizing when I was touching the screen. We took it back the next day and they tried to claim that I must have dropped it or damaged it in another way. After continued pressing, they agreed to take it back and look at it again. When my husband returned a couple hours later, the screen was fixed but now all of the previously working sounds were no longer working! While trying to fix this, the "repair man" wiped my phone and I lost my contacts and photos. And the sound was never repaired still. This company is a complete SHAM and FRAUD. Do NOT give them your business. They are dishonest and incapable of doing what they say them can do.
