Our old air conditioner was 15 years old 3.5 ton unit.  We got various quotes and then we met Cesar with Pure Air.   Couldn't have had a better experience with the discussion of a new unit.  He met me at the exact time he said he would, accommodating my work schedule and after a lengthy discussion of what I wanted and comparing brands, he gave me an on-the spot written quote. He by far provided me a better price than several other vendors, for a larger unit, better filtration, and variable speed unit.   When I called to order, he provided me a install date that he met exactly.  They arrived shortly after 8am that morning and worked all day until they got the inside and outside unit replaced in one day.  They were professional, cleaned up as they went and made sure we understood everything about our unit, programming, and warranty before they left.  There was virtually no down time (running into town to get parts), they steadily worked until the job was complete.  I have been extremely pleased with the installation, a couple of minor warranty/programming issues, etc.  Cesar has always answered our calls (during or after hours) and responded very quickly.  We had a electrical outage due to ice that caused a programming hitch, Cesar responded quickly to make sure we had no problems.  I couldn't ask for better responsiveness for service.  He has been a blessing.  Thanks for everything Cesar!!
