Great looking cabinets. Got paid and never returned to finish final details. Never hauled off old cabinets, never finished crown molding, covered a recessed light with cabinets. Little to no communication with customer. Good cabinet design but if using this contractor take the lead and communicate constantly and the job will go a lot better. Above all, DO NOT pay him until the entire job is completed!

I am in the process of remodeling the kitchen starting with new custom cabinets and minor wall work. I first tried Rivas Cabinets and the owner went to great lengths to avoid me and did not even have the character to call me up and at least lie to me. I remembered Pete's Cabinets and don't know why I didn't think to call him in the first place. I have seen his work and it is absolutely the best! His is a word of mouth business and he does not advertise. Pete promptly returned my call (as he was out on an estimate) and came over and measured our kitchen and brought samples and visited with my wife and I on what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions too as he has been in the business for a very long time. I will check back after the job is completed.
