I have been in the remodeling business for 15+ yrs.I do jobs by the hour or bid on turn key jobs by estimate. The only time I will ever bump an estimate up is on termite damage jobs. Service calls are $55.00 for 1 hour. I have 2 guys working for me, but I do use subs at times depending on job size.
