Contacted to schedule an estimate for replacing motors and springs. I was told someone would be out the following afternoon and that I would be called before someone showed up. I never received a call and no one ever showed up to perform the estimate. This company cannot follow through with potential customers so they must not want the work. I will take my business elsewhere.

If you want your door fixed right the first time, call Overhead Door. I had one of the two springs on my door break and the door came down and ruined my opener. I called another place in town who came out and replaced the spring. I installed a new opener but it would not shut the door. I called Overhead Door and a guy named Sam came out to find that the other company had installed the WRONG spring. It turns out it matters a LOT which size spring goes on the door. Overhead Door replaced both the springs and got the door working perfectly. In fact, they put a set of springs on that "worked" but they weren't happy because it wasn't perfect. Sam actually went back to the shop and got a scale, weighed the door and measured the hubs to find the correct springs it needed. He didn't leave until the door was perfect and he had programmed my opener and remotes. I highly recommend Overhead Door!
