Horrible, melissa, mandy are worst customer service people i have ever encountered, DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS, if you do o e day when melissa doesn't have her morning coffee she will rip your head off. Seriously

Serviceman was fine, even went to truck to get batteries to replace those needed in the thermostats as we were out of the correct size. He inspected the A/C and furnace, and replaced the furnace filter which had been long-but not those in the air ducts as I had also pointed out when orienting him to the house. My oversight in that I didn't physically go around to inspect what he did when he said he was finished. The invoice was for a lesser amount than had been quoted.

Provider tried to sell new system. Then said they could replace a worn out part that needing replacing for an additional charge.

Bought a home that was in need of repairs and of course the first that needed attention was the AC.  It was only cooling parts of the house and not very well.  Turned out the outside unit was over 20 years old and completly rusted out.  The inside unit, just as old, was also damaged. To top it off the unit was too small for the house and duct work had been damaged from a leaking roof and critters.  The tech came out to look at the entire system and was completly honest with what was needed to be done ( I already knew before hand).  He said he could refurbish the units but it would most likely start giving me issues again.  The work was then scheduled to be completed the following week and I was very impressed with the technicians' professionalism.  They knew what they were doing and they got the job done in one day!  The house is 2500 sq. ft. so that's pretty impressive considering they even ran extra ducts to my garage soon to be converted to an extra room.  They also left the house spotless after they were done.  The pricing is a little higher than I would like but you do get a quality job.  About 3 months ago the compressor developed a leak due to a faulty coupling and the unit stopped cooling.  I called them and they sent out a tech in the middle of the night to fix the issue!  Their customer service is incredible!  I would recommend them to anyone having issues with their HVAC system.

Overall they were fine!  The gentleman that came was very professional.  They got here really quick after I called, even though it was late on Saturday afternoon when I called them and I don't think they overcharged either.  I was totally thankful for not having to spend a couple of nights in this Midland heat.

I absolutely liked his services and we would ultimately call them again if we needed to. I would definitely recommend them. Considering the fact they came out within an hour, I thought the price really reasonable.

They were really good.  The gentleman that we talked with first was amazing and he sent someone else to do the work.  When we came home we had quite the mess.  They cut through our wires, they had put a vent where it didn't belong and put in kind off flabbier tubing on the outside of our house.  When the owner came back to check on what was done, he fixed everything for us.  I actually don't think that gentleman works for him anymore.  The owner came in and said he will clean it up and fix it himself.  The owner did come in and fix everything.  The end result was very good because the owner came in and took care of everything.  We got struck by lightning and not even six weeks after we had gotten the unit.  He said he was very shocked and our brand new air conditioning unit was out of commission because of a lightning strike.  The control board completed blew out and they covered that because it was under warranty.  The warranty was not something we paid for, it just came with it.  They definitely stand by their work.

I would recommend them as far as the pricing I had commitments other than that they were there. I just went with someone out of low money to drive and do it for me.

They did fine and were satisfactory.  They were out the same day and called me to make an appointment.  They were on time and very professional.
