They didn't fix the problem and didn't listen to my thoughts on what was wrong. I felt he just did things for the car to charge us.

Dropped off car for oil/filter change and the Service guy offered me a ride to work. I had planned to pick up car during my lunch and I got a call that it was ready and that someone was on the way to pick me up so i can get my car. Got to NIssan and my car was ready and they even washed it for me. I think their courtesy car is very old though and needs an upgrade and a wash too.
