George and his crew were amazing! It is hard to find a contractor that is hard working, reliable, fair and professional in Midland, but National Concrete is it! The workers were timely, professional and very hard working George kept in constant contact with us with accurate timelines, updates, and anything in between. We ended up with a whole backyard remodel and we are OBSESSED with it. The quality is wonderful, itâ s picture perfect and we will enjoy it for years!

Excellent service, fast and well done.

They were prompt about arranging and showing up to give me a bid and sent the bid the same day and in a professional manner. I hired them, and again in a professional way, presented a contraction to sign Monday after a weekend. They were able to honor my request for a day for the project, showed up on at the allotted time to be followed shortly by the cement truck. The workers were efficient and obviously knew what they were doing as the results are well within what I was hoping for. The whole things was well organized and executed. My complaints have more to do with Home Advisor. First, HA started asking for ratings even before any thing had had a chance to start. Second, this was the only contractor who actually showed up. The ones either didn't respond at all or didn't follow through to actually make a bid. One postponed three times before he stopped calling. Perhaps HA should have some sort of weekly check on the contractors' availability. My sense in this area is concrete contractors are very busy and find it hard to choose between being on HA's list or giving up business.

I have been using this company for several years now and they are very responsive.
