Myers Quality Counter Tops

At first all seemed to go well, but deteriorated when I discovered the granite for both one side of my counter and the island had been broken and glued back together!  I had told him not to install the granite should it get broken, but he did it anyway and then said he didn't.  I had to get several other professionals to come look at it.  They all concurred it had been broken and glued back together.  Marc would not remove any of it but gave me a 10 year warranty.  I am very dissatisfied as the corners of my island each have been broken and it is obvious when you touch it as they are not even and the countertop break is across a corner where everyone stands.  In the bathroom he encouraged me to choose a light colored granite.  It immediately took on water and stayed wet.  He did come once and replaced the shower bench, but he refused to replace it again.  I paid a professional Marc suggested to tell us what had happened. He said the work was not done properly, the seams were not sealed well and water would always be a problem as light colored granite should NEVER BE USED around water!  WE took Marc to court to try to get some of our money back, but he delayed and delayed so long that we spent more with our attorney than we would have recovered even if we had won three times the amount!  We dropped the case, contacted you and the Better Business Bureau.  He is awful and does not do what he promises.
