MUTUAL OF OMAHA

Actually---I am my mother's sole daughter and serve as her caregiver. My/our most recent interactions with Mutual of Omaha have been in reference to urinary medicines.....what best would serve her needs physically in order to assist her in emptying out her bladder as best possible in a regulated pattern, in an attempt to prevent her system, her bladder from unduly retaining urine thus instigating the onset of a urinary tract infection.  The medicine suggested by them in accordance with their second tier list of medicines is thus far helping my mom to steer clear of UTIs (Urinary Tract Infections....).
In my speaking with Mutual of Omaha's agents--I found them to be well informed, courteous and patient.  Other than the urinary related medicines, we have been very pleased with the overall list of medicines as prescribed by her doctor and have no issue with the various copays when required of us by the company because we realize such is a crucial part of seeing to it that she has the medicines that are needed, and that which best help her.
