We hired molly maids to come in and clean our home before moving in. They came within the proper arrival time and seemed like nice folks. After the cleaning was completed my wife and I came in to start moving in only to find that Molly Maids missed a lot of things. The windows was still dirty on the inside so not hard water spots, the ceiling fans had not been cleaned and still had visible dust hanging from them, the range still have grease all over it, the microwave still had crumbs in it, one of the closets still had painters tape laying on the floor and grass so it had not been vacuumed, the laundry room countertops had residue still on them, the drawer fronts in the kitchen wasn’t cleaned, the light fixtures in the kitchen and dining room wasn’t dusted, and the baseboards wasn’t dusted. Not trying to be picky but for $414.96 I feel like a proper cleaning job should have been performed.

I started using Molly Maid about 5 years ago. Because they were an agency with a number of cleaning "teams", I chose them so that, when "my crew" was unavailable, they could provide someone else. That worked well for about 3.5 years, they never missed sending a crew, although sometimes they were completely new people. They always had someone to answer the phone, in case there was a problem, and the owner, KIM, was available. She always spoke politely, but the tone of her voice made it quite clear that you did things her way, or no way. The customer was never "right" if there was a dispute.
Then boom times hit MIdland and everything with Molly Maid went to "heck in a handbasket". Crews changed every week because they could not keep staff. Some weeks they did not come at all, because the crew assigned to you had evaporated and they could no longer supply anyone else. If you complained, you received no sympathy. Unless you were home to supervise, the cleaning was very shoddy. Finally, after the 2nd or 3rd "missed cleaning" in 5 months, I complained to KIM. Two days later I received a certified letter in the mail with my key enclosed and a note saying that they would no longer clean for me because I had complained and made their office staff feel uncomfortable.
What happened to "the customer is always right"? What happened to "service"? Why were they unable to keep their crews happy. I would not recommend that anyone use them.

It went well. I just do not want to see different faces every two weeks. Not comfortable with that many strangers in my house. The girls did a good job from start to finish. Wish them well.

Very expensive for poor work. I had to call and have them come back every single time. Never did a good job unless I was standing right there.

I could not be more pleased, they were all business and got everything done in a very timely manner. I will have them back on a regular basis. Finaly found a service where I felt I got what I paid for.
