Midtown Hotel

We stayed in the hotel two nights, October 22/23 and 23/24.  There were four people in our party, two in each room.  ON checking in our room, we looked for cups or glasses and did not find any.  There was a coffee maker in the room, so we did not think it was unreasonable to have some disposable cups available.  We asked at the registration desk and were told that some would be sent.  We never received any.  Also on the first day, the other half of our party asked at the registration desk for another towel for their room.  They were told that one would be sent by room service, but it never was.  On the second day, the other room ran out of toilet paper and asked for another roll at the front desk.  THEY WERE TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO MORE TOILET PAPER AVAILABLE.  I reported a leak in the bathtub in our room, and found the registration staff to be completely unconcerned over this problem.  The hotel building was under renovation and we had been informed of this when we made the reservation, so there was no grounds for complaint over obvious recent regrouting and other repairs in the hallways.  The rooms and beds were comfortable.
