The crew showed up on time in cold weather to perform the job. They were very punctual and friendly. They removed 1 very large tree and 2 small trees in a few hours probably around 4 hours. I would recommend them to anyone needing to remove trees.

They came out exactly on time to provide the estimate. They showed up on time to do the work and got the job done quickly. When the stump was not removed to the level we had agreed, they came back the next morning and completed the job perfectly.

You don't necessarily have to be home for them to come and perform services.

I've used them three times,and each time, I was given an estimate and they came over in the next day or two to perform the job.

I've had Midland Tree Service treat and feed some of my trees prior to this service and again they were very responsive and quick to arrive at my house. After walking around and discussing the trees health and what I wanted done, I was given a verbal estimate that was a bit high, I asked if they could do better and they immediately brought the price down into an acceptable range. Over the next couple of days they completed the work, cleaning up nicely after they were finished. I had some concerns about some remaining dead limbs and suckers left higher in the tree, so I called and someone was out to visit me that afternoon. We walked around and I showed him some of the issues and he agreed to come back and clean it up. I felt like I was being a pain and unnecessarily picky, but after spending >$400 on the trimming he assured me that it was not a big deal and they had missed a couple things they should have removed.
All in all, I am impressed with the responsiveness of Midland Tree Service and their continued service after the fact. The price was probably a bit high, even with the reduction, but I don't feel taken advantage of. I will use this company again in the future.
