I had a great experience with Bill Roberts, owner, of Midland Muffler and Brake. My car was making odd noises and vibration when I applied the brakes. I thought I needed brakes. Bill took it for a test drive and determined that it was not the brakes, but I was in need of tires. While I was there at his shop, he pulled it in and checked all the fluids and topped them off, checked the battery and just took a good look under the hood top make sure everything looked and sounded ok. For this there was absolutely no charge. I took my car the next week and had new tires put on and then took back to Midland Muffler and Brake for the alignment. He also turned the rotors. Bill gave me a ride back home and then picked me up after the work was done. He did an excellent job and only charged me $70 for the alignment. I highly recommend using Midland Muffler and Brake. I will definitely go back when I need service. A+++++

I took my vehicle in for what I thought would be a routine front end alignment and small exhaust repair. Bill at the shop did a thorough evaluation of my car and told me that the total for repairs would be likely more than the car was worth. He then showed me in detail on the vehicle what was wrong and then charged me nothing for his time. He could have easily done several repairs and I would have been none the wiser. He showed high integrity and honesty.
I also had a full exhaust system installed on another vehicle by this shop in 2008 with great results at a good price.
I would and will use this shop in the future.

They did a really good job! They were very thorough and professional with the job. They didn't take any shortcuts with the welding (the people in Dallas just used cement instead of welding the muffler). They explained everything, were thorough, friendly, accommodating, and I could tell the mechanic just cares about people!
