Finished within 2 hours as originally estimated

Arrived on time and finished the job sooner than estimated. Wanted me to inspect the finished product before they left. I was very Pleased.

We moved into an existing house at the end of March 2009. The cable guy had to go into the attic for installation and told us that at least 1/4 of the attic had no insulation at all. I called all of the insulation providers listed in the yellow pages to get an estimate of how much it would cost to blow insulation in that area. Midland Insulation was one of only two providers that even bothered to call me back. I spoke to Houston, who was very polite, very professional and very, very helpful in giving me the information I needed to make the decision when to do the work. A few days later, I called to set up an actual quote and schedule the work. Houston came himself to look at and measure the attic. The quote he calculated was actually less than the rough estimate he had given me over the phone. We scheduled the work for the next week. The owner of the company called the day before to confirm our appointment and make the payment arrangements. The workers arrived when they were scheduled and completed the work exactly as planned. This has been one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor in a long time and I was very happy with the transaction.
