We had them come last month, we thought maybe it was loosing freeon again. It's level was fine. Our unit is too small for our house, so it runs nearly constantly when the temp is over 100. We didn't know this as we just moved in this March. He came less than an hour after we made the call to our home warranty company, as they sent him. He called 30 minutes before he showed up!

Great! They came on a holiday!!! We had called Saturday after supper. We have a home warranty so that's why it was only $60. The guy was really nice and perfectly prompt!
