They gave me tune-up, they fixed the air conditioning, fixed an oil leak, they're really nice people, they're very professional, very knowledgeable, they don't try to rip you off, they don't try to sell you something that you don't need. I don't ever mind having to wait a little bit, because I know they'll do it right. I've been using them for 13 years.

They saved me $300 on the part and I am so happy to have them helping me. People sometimes gouge a woman trying to do automotive repairs but not them. So refreshing.

It was a very good experience. They seem very fair and will get to your vehicle promptly.

Mid-Tex Parts and Service were efficient but they did not get the job done 100% and they weren't able to complete it. They were friendly but everytime I was told I would get a call back when they get a new part in or software, I never was, I had to call them. I will probably nit use them again.

They got right on it. Looks to be right in place. Left very happy.

Every time I've taken my car to him, he has done right by me. He is not cheap, but he is as reasonable as anyone else and stands behind his people's work.

Dropped vehicle off at at 8 am and they gave me a ride. Special parts had to be ordered so not the usual one day service. Parts came in, they installed and picked me up in my own car to come down and pay. I have used Mid-Tex for several personal vehicles since the late 90s.

They always do a great job. I enjoy working with Gary and supporting locally owned small business.

They were very reasonable with their pricing. They were very fair in their labor, pricing and everything. They were very professional. They worked really hard to get things done when they said they are going to get it done.

I give them 'As' across the board except for communication only because they say 'yeah, I will call you back in a little bit' and it might be 4:00 that afternoon. They are fabulous. They are just an old fashioned garage; but they can usually get me right in; they are not open on the weekends so if you have a problem you have to wait; they are speedy; they are accurate, their estimates are accurate. I would absolutely use them again.
