The team did a great job. They were quick and efficient moving a small number of items from a downtown office building to another location. Once they delivered the items, the team also assembled a desk in place.

What can you really say about a business owner, Chris Baimbridge, who tells a customer and quot;I can't help it if you're on crack or something...and quot; and ends the call with and quot;Up yours lady.and quot;
I hired Marlin movers for a residential move. The closing date on my new house was extended twice and I called Chris to reschedule the move twice. Each time I called, I gave him one to two weeks notice. When moving day arrived, Marlin Movers didn't. The answering service finally picked up at 10:00 am and connected me to Chris who promptly told me that I had cancelled. He went on to tell me that I had cost him money by rescheduling. It became apparent that I had inconvenienced him so he decided to inconvenience me.
I firmly believe that if I was a man, Chris would not have spoken to me in this manner. His behavior was unprofessional and quite honestly petty. Definitely does NOT belong in a customer service based business.

We really liked them. They did a great job. They were just very careful with our furniture and our items. I think they tried really hard to make sure that everything was taken care of. They did a really good job to take care of our things. I didn't pay for it but my mother-in-law did and I think she was a little shocked at how expensive it was. I don't have anything to compare the price to so moving may be that expensive anyway. They were a little bit more expensive. In fact one of the gentlemen that was with them even watched very carefully to make sure that the other movers were using their equipments properly and taking care of our furniture. They were very well organized.

I have used them for several years. For any big projects or small projects, they are wonderful. I love them. They are very prompt.
