They did a good job and take care of business. They were just really professional.

I have natural blonde hair but have some highlights and low lights. I went to another salon and ended up with the "highlighter yellow" look and was so upset. Went to Joe James Salon and had the color fixed. Did a great job and would gladly go back.

I scheduled an appointment online with Angie for the Midland location. Everything went smoothly. It was the fastest coloring I have ever experienced and it looked great. It took one hour and 15 minutes for the whole appointment and I have thick hair. Any other place I have ever been too takes at least 2 hours to do a color and a cut. Angie delivered exactly what I asked for. She was very polite as were all of the other workers at Joe James Salon. Also they have you change into a hair dressers gown to protect your clothing. The sinks that they wash your hair in are the most comfortable I have ever experienced at a salon. The price is fairly consistent with what I have paid at other places, and it was actually a little cheaper. I will most definitely be returning.

Afton, from the new Odessa location, was very friendly and professional. I've always wanted to have lash extensions and was very excited when I found out they offered it. She talked me through the whole process. It was a 2 hour one, but we talked the whole time that I didn't realize it was done before I knew it. She even said some people sleep through it. I'm going back again soon to have them filled again. I get compliments all the time and I don't even have to wear eye make up anymore. I recommend going to her if you are interested in anything like this. Oh, and my fiancand eacute; had his hair cut there while I watched and they did a great job. He and I loved it. I know he'll be going to this place from now on.

The new salon in Odessa, Texas is very nice and filled with light. The staff is professional and Jo James is there to

answer any questions. It was a good experience and I will go there again.

He trains everybody that has to go through an internship before he lets them work on the floor. I went to my hairstylist and didn't do exactly what I wanted her to do, but it is just one of those days, I guess. The lady that I go to is wonderful. I think she just had a bad day that time because she always does exactly what I wanted her to do. They are very friendly. They great you when you walk in. They give you water or coke. They just kind of make you comfortable.

It usually is punctual and my appointments have been on schedule. They provide good service and I like the results; I get a good haircut. The only downside is that they are pretty busy; but that is probably pretty common with a lot of places here so I make an appointment way in advance. It is a little pricey compared to other places but they provide good quality.
