I found the company on Angie's Lisit. I called the phone number and got an answering service. I had to call the same number 2 more times before I got a response. Once I talked to someone things went smoothly. A man called Friday morning saying he would be here at 8:30 to do the job. Two men arrived a little before 8:30 and got right to work. The ceiling fan was assembled and hanging in 30 minutes. A job well done.

I called and left my phone number with the answering service. He (Harry) immediately called me back. I was impressed with his promptness and courtesy. I described my problem and he told me he couldn't get to it right away but gave me the numbers to call someone who could. He was extremely nice and I would have no problem calling him on another job.

It went very well. They responded promptly and had the work done in less than 30 minutes. The fixture comes on now with less delay, since the ballasts are electronic.
