They hooked it up and turned it on - that was all straight forward. The signal drops periodically and while we have the fastest speed for residential service it can leave me waiting for websites to load at times. All-in-all the service is as good as what I had from AT&T for a slightly better price.

Run far far away from this provider!!! They charge a premium for so called premium service and then fail to uphold their commitment! They are unscrupulous and will cost you way more than just what they charge for their services if you depend on the internet for employment!

The rep they sent tried multiple ways to solve the problem and eventually found a setting that, when changed, fixed the sound problem. It was such a strange issue, but the rep from Grande worked with us until he found a solution. We were very happy with his work.

Grande advertises that their wireless internet can be used all over your house even in the back yard. Ours won't go past the front of the house. The tech that came out told me its our problem and that I need to buy a different router. I felt like if they advertise for the signal to be that good then it shouldn't require me to buy an expensive router.

I think it is a regional or local company so I like that. They are also one of the first to do bundling and I like that. I haven't had to call them for anything as their service is great and there has been no need.
