Great company. They handle everything with the property and I am sent my rental check every month. I pay Foster Properties 10% of the rental income and they do everything from find a tenant to manage the property on a consistent bases. I'm extremely happy with the company. I worry about nothing when it comes to my rental property.
Description of Work: I use Foster Properties as my property management company. They take care of my rental property in Midland, Tx since I no longer live in town.
