It was on a Saturday. The pilot light on the water heater went off and we couldn't get it to come back on. We called and explained the situation to the person that was on call. The person we talked to (sorry, can't remember his name) tried to talk my husband through the process on the phone but it was unsuccessful. He said that he would be over in about 20 minutes and sure enough he was there when he said. He worked on it for quite some time and finally he got it to come back on. He was very considerate and helpful. He explained how to drain the water heater. I am so glad to have talked to him because I had "googled" the hot water draining situation and it was made so much easier after he told us what to do. We have used 1st Service for several years and we have always been satisfied. This last experience with the hot water heater was just another example of the good service that we have gotten.
