The floors look great, but the service was very flaky - too about 2x as long as they estimated. Also realized that many household items were missing when the service was complete and when I called to follow up I was told to take a hike.

They remodeled my whole housse.  The owner did not come daily to check on the workers and I felt I had to "mother" or watch over everything the worker's did. It was an okay job, but I would not use them again.

"I was unaware that the homeowner was unhappy. We previously received an "A" rating from her, and now two years later we receive a "C" rating when we have not spoken with customer since completion of satisfactory job. I am unable as a retail store owner to check on every job daily, but I did check on this particularly job frequently and went above and beyond to make sure that the homeowner was happy. The last day were on the job, myself and three other people I hired spent 5 hours on our hands and knees cleaning her new wood floors. The job turned out beautiful and was done in an exceptional manner at a reasonable price."

When I initially contacted a sales rep to discuss new flooring, they were friendly and provided the information I needed over the phone. My issue was that they never followed up in locating the materials I requested, never came to my house to measure or provide a quote I had asked, and never called back ... not once, even though we had also been to their store and met the owners personally to discuss our needs. This is after 4 phone calls from me, 4 promises from them to come out and offer a quote, and appointments they had scheduled, not once showing up or calling to inform me of a delay. After each appointment extended their time arrival, I would call them and it was excuse after excuse ... as if 1200 ft of new flooring and installation was of no interest to them. It's now been several weeks since we spoke to them personally and still have not heard a single word back from them.

They met with me as scheduled, brought samples for me to choose from and completed the installation on a very tight time frame. The only reason I gave the quality a B rating is because I chose a lesser quality product as this was for a rental property. He did offer me a higher quality product but I declined. They cleaned up the area after installation, were friendly and professional. Emailed the invoice to me to be paid online, very convenient.

I just like their willingness to work within our budget. I like the timely manner that they got back to us because that's a big thing in Midland, everything takes long because people are overwhelmed of the massive growth we've had here. I like the personality of the owner. He is a very nice guy. We have 2700 feet that we are doing.
