When I walked into the store, there was a line to the door. The sales people worked very hard to tell each person they would get to them as quickly as they could. All of the employees were friendly and seemed to keep moving quickly to try to accommodate all of the customers. One associate got an arm full of cold bottled water out of the refrigerator and walked around and offered it to each customer. When I got to the counter, it was as though there was no line at all. The salesman gave me his full attention, he even spoke to my husband over the phone to let him know what the options were (as far as tires for my pick-up). He was very patient, and helpful with helping me (us) make a decision. There was no pressure, just courtesy. They made a great experience out of a situation that could have been very unpleasant!!

The service was good and the location is convenient for me. They have a warranty so if there is any damage to my tires, typically, if possible, they will repair them for free; which is nice. Generally, the service is pretty fast and I can set up appointments online; which also is nice.

They are reasonably priced and their service is pretty good. They try to get me in and out as quickly as possible. I will continue to purchase my tires from Discount Tire.

They asked me to grade them when I left. They were asking all the customers. It was a good customer service feedback for them and they were asking everybody on a scale of 1 to 10 how one would rate their service and everybody was saying 10. When he asked me I said it is a 13 and he was pretty excited with that. I told him it is 13 minutes and that's how long I have been there when they have said it would be 45 minutes so it has been absolutely the best visit that I have ever had at that location. I was in and out in 13 minutes from the time I sat down in the waiting room and looked to see what time it was before he called my name and it was 13 minutes later. I will use them in the future.
