It was a terrible experience to have to endure. After many delays and incomplete work, it was found that his work would not pass inspection. And he had even skipped inspections and skipped permits necessary. After getting the local law enforcement involved, they gave him and additional 2.5 months to start repairs on the site. He never did and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He is currently out on a $100,000 bond and awaiting the grand jury. There are 18+ other home owners in line behind mine, waiting for their damages to be assessed by detectives. He was arrested for felony theft for the damages he left to our home and property, over $20,000 and under $100,000. We still don't even know the extent of the damages due to us having to pull everything apart, one piece at a time.
Description of Work: He presented himself as a general contractor and we entered into a contract to build and addition, rebrick the house, new windows, new roof, new fence, upgrade the electrical, and upgrade the heating and cooling.
