Tad has the best interests at heart, but he has no planning skills, communication skills, and his work doesn't last as long as the photos he places up in his ads do. We had the floor done the first time in 2010. The floor never shined like I had seen other stained concrete floors do, so I told Tad that we wanted the floor redone, but were going to wait until we had other remodeling done in the home.
During our recent remodel, Tad had problems completing his previous job (the owner wasn't satisfied with the work) and was late getting to our agreed on redo. Tad had mentioned that he had some "bulletproof stuff" that he could add to the floor to not only make it shine, but resist scratching and scuffing the way the previous floor had done.
Well the floor has been completed a week, and our Great Danes fingernails have left hundreds of scratches in the floor, the floor is no shinier than previously stated, and we are now looking for another stained concrete vendor that we can utilize to get this floor correct.
