Description of Work: We had a small commercial building that the floors were concrete. The other company did not seem to care or even wish to come back they said it was concrete. Well the owner of Creative Crete Of Texas looked it over and explained what happened and surprisingly never had a single bad word about the other person/company. He just explained how the problem can be fixed. We contacted the previous company and they would not return calls. We contacted Creative Crete and asked about helping us solve the problem. He the owner felt bad so he said to help us he will charge us only if the job was what they asked for. Very skeptical we decided to try them. Our company could only shut the doors for a weekend and how on earth can it be ready Monday morning? It was ready sunday night. Creative crete Of Texas did a complete 5000 sqft redo over the weekend. He said if you decide to pay that was up to us . He had plenty of chemicals. We since Hired Creative Crete of Texas to do an additional 40,000 sqft along with the most unreal table and decorative art I have ever seen. We cannot say enough. Creative Crete of Texas. Showed skill talent and we will only use them, as for the invoice we not only wanted to pay we wanted to pay twice as much. He only said Knowledge and loving what you do makes it seem like fun and getting paid for it..

+ -1 moreTad has the best interests at heart, but he has no planning skills, communication skills, and his work doesn't last as long as the photos he places up in his ads do. We had the floor done the first time in 2010. The floor never shined like I had seen other stained concrete floors do, so I told Tad that we wanted the floor redone, but were going to wait until we had other remodeling done in the home. During our recent remodel, Tad had problems completing his previous job (the owner wasn't satisfied with the work) and was late getting to our agreed on redo. Tad had mentioned that he had some "bulletproof stuff" that he could add to the floor to not only make it shine, but resist scratching and scuffing the way the previous floor had done. Well the floor has been completed a week, and our Great Danes fingernails have left hundreds of scratches in the floor, the floor is no shinier than previously stated, and we are now looking for another stained concrete vendor that we can utilize to get this floor correct.
Description of Work: This company was hired to remove existing carpeting in the home, grind and remove all adhesive on the concrete and stain and shine the concrete to agreed color scheme.
