Had to call them twice. Day we were scheduled, they were not going to work because of weather but they did not notify us of that change. The 2nd scheduled date they did come, but were last in the day and they could not finish the job. We were then scheduled to complete the job a week later instead of the next day. Expense was very high. Actual tech guy was very professional. Will not use them again.
