I called them because they are the one who did my roof a decade ago, and I was so satisfied, I called them, they came and worked on the quote, it was considerably higher than the other companies I have asked for quotes, I called them, he revised the contract then I signed the contract. They said that they would come within a month or 2 , but I have not heard from them, i keep on calling to get schedule, they said that they would just call me, I called a couple of times but I have never heard from them.

For over a year Charles Terry Construction Co. attempted to fix a leak in my roof that they had installed 10 years ago. They came out five different times to work on the roof but it never got fixed. I paid them $450 initially, but then agreed to paid an additional $800 for them to do additional work. The leak never got fixed and became so bad my dining room ceiling started to cave in. I have not yet paid the $800 and now they are threatening to sue me. I got a different roofer, made an insurance claim, and actually got my roof fixed.

They were prompt, showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They were very attentive and have a very good warranty.

Took awhile for the material to get in.  Everything else was great.

The leaks between our carport and back porch have gotten worse. I haven't noticed leaking in the other two places.

I have owned my house since 1998, which had a large addition added with a flat roof.  This roof has always leaked, and I have had several roofers try to repair without success.  Nate tore off the old roof, and replaced it with a new asphalt hot mop.  I was skeptical due to all the issues, but we have had a month of rain in June, and not leaks.  I'm so happy with the work.

They were terrific! Not the original installers but quickly found leakage issues.
They gave me a quote, made an appointment, came as promised and actually charged me less than the quote.

Excellent work and clean up. 4 workers for 6 full days. Professional in every way.

Contacted them, them and received a call in 2 days. Gentleman came out and gave me an estimate.
I decided to go with them to do the work. The man called and told me the day they would be at my location.
They did all the work and clean up in 1 day. I was very impressed. Good people, and no problems to report. I will use them again.

Contacted Charles Terry Roofing and Mr. Terry himself came out and inspected the roof and then the workers came and did a great job and cleaned up very well. Nothing left behind. They used a nail finder to get all of the nails from the previous roof. Extremely kind and courteous.

They did a great job, very thorough and professional. They charged a lot, but they did it well and promptly.

They did a pretty good work and were done in the same day I called them. When the bill came in they charged an extra 200 compared to what was discussed so I just sent them the price decided earlier and they did not call back.

The cost includes all the new flashings and three new turbines; it also includes some repair works on the flashing on the chimney and some repair works on the underside of my patio ceiling. They had very quality personnel to deal with. I give them an A+ on job performance. They came in at a timely manner. They are quite a large group. They stripped my roof, did the exterior repair, and reinstalled the roof in one business day. They provide a quality job, on time, and absolutely below budget.

They did a great job. Work was done in a timely fashion and they cleaned up good afterwards. No complaints.

His prices are very reasonable. I think they did a decent job. They had to come back out and fix a leak, but they did come out and fix it. There was a little damage in the bathroom, and they sent the painter out to fix it. He does great follow up on his work.

The crew worked quickly and efficiently. The final roof looks good. The major problem we had was that the workers did not automatically fix all the holes in the boards of the roof. If my husband had not come home from work and climbed on the roof, and seen holes under the black paper, these holes would not have been fixed. Part of the agreement was to repair all broken boards. Everything else was very satisfactory--they cleaned up completely and the roof looks very good. The sales representative was very helpful and punctual.

Called 3 well established roofing companies and ask for estimates. Only the Charles Terry Company kept their appointment on time. They also had the best price. I did not like the color of roofing they offered so they purchased from another vendor in order to give me the desired color. They were efficient and worked quietly (without music). Finished in the time promised. Liked the the crews, the supervisor and the company. The work was done in cool weather. Our attic was unhooked when the roof was put on the garage. We did not realize it wasn't working until summer. We called and ask that they come back to hook up the attic fan and they did it quickly without any problem.

They started when they said they would start. It only took 1 day of work to get the roof on. Afterwards they completely picked up after themselves. Our roof looks great. We are very satisified.
