 + -1 moreThey came in and walked the house...eyeballed it and gave a ridiculous quote. I looked at him like he was crazy and he brought it down to half the price. I agreed but still think it was too high. They hooked the hoses up and were done in about an hour. Tehy did an adequate job cleaning the carpets.
Description of Work: Don't take the first offer...They quoted my 2300 sq ft house without moving furniture to be $700.00 at first. Total rip off if I'd gone on without bartering. I still think they jipped me since that was the first time I had any service like that done. Looked like a brother/sister duo.

 + -1 moreMy first contact was through the company web site. I requested an estimate online then recieved a phone call the next day from Scott who gave me good information and price quotes. Two days later I called back to schedule a date for service. Scott scheduled the service date within one week which was very satisfactory to me. Scott and an assistant showed up on time and went right to work. They were very professional and pleasant. The work was completed in a timely manner and they charged me a fair price. I will use the service again if needed.
Description of Work: Chaparral ChemDry cleaned the carpet in my living room and a hallway.
