"Contractor was contacted, went out and never came back to do job, he has since deceased. Contacted customer (husband) to make an appointment and survey the problems and we have never heard back from them to check out the problems. Builder's warranty still has 60 before it expires. If the customer would contact us at the office, we would be happy to come and resolve the problems."
