He did not finish the job, but took all the money. He was doing multiple jobs and would finish other jobs before he would finish ours. When he started our work first. Work is still left in his contract that he has not completed. Just want to come back and finish the job.
He runs an ad in the paper that states if you dream it we can build it.This is not true, would not recommend him.
