Went as good as expected. Times are the way they are!! He risk a lot of time and trouble filling his obligations to the customer. He will stand by what he says he will do. Bryant Contractors are honorable and trust worthy.

Their quality of work and service has not diminished at all from the first remodel they did at our house. They were still prompt with every appointment, and started work on the dates and times they scheduled with us. The bedroom they painted looks great, and we haven't had any problems with the ceiling fan install. The new portions of the fence they installed are fantastic. The new gates are very solid and we expect none of the difficulties we were having with the old wood-framed gates.

We had a slight problem in design of the concrete footers for them to overcome; we needed them to offer rainwater drainage from the yard but we also have small dogs that might escape through drainage holes in the footer. Bryant constructed the fence so that the drainage holes were partially blocked by removable boards, so we could take them out if we needed more drainage and replace them afterwards.

As before, their prices were reasonable and they completed the work within their initial time estimates. We'll be going back to Bryant to finish up the remaining older portions of our fence, and for a few renovations inside the house.

The work went great. They always kept me informed on days that they would be there and if they were not going to show up they would explain to me why they were not. Work did not take long at all. I thought the price was a little high but, he is a registered builder and could not find any other registered builders in midland.  He got the permits as requested by me since this is a business. I appreciated that.

Pat Bryant and his company were by far the worst contractors I have ever dealt with.  The job ran months behind schedule because Pat did not assign any PM to oversee the job.  It was very evident that he cared very little about this job.  Tons of mistakes were made, deviations from architectural plans, permitting issues (due to negligence and lack of oversight).
Save yourself the headache and DO NOT use Bryant Contractors

We hired Bryant due his ability to provide a glass walled shower, when other contractors said it couldn't be done or acted like they would have to move heaven to accomplish this request.
I got a written quote that was ridiculously high and negotiated with them to get it lowered (I basically had to give up some requests). I never asked about timeline, so it basically went on for 4 months.
The bathrooms were 5'x5' (very small guest bathrooms) that I thought should only cost a few thousand dollars, but I was very wrong.
The subs they used were very polite and easy to work with, but weren't always there when they were supposed to be there. (what's new, right?)
The finished project was exactly what we wanted, but it seemed to take forever and cost MUCH more than expected.

They were always on time for every appointment we had with them. The contractor never had to reschedule. Once they had started to work, they were always there when they said they were going to be there. They worked on weekends when they needed to and got everything done as promised. Overall, we did not have any complaints, and their work was excellent. They had a good, competitive price. We've since had Bryant back out for three other jobs, and the quality of their work and service has remained steady.

Pat Bryant showed up on time and on the dates that he promised, from the initial review and bid date to the start date. I was most impressed that he brought his sub-contractors back to review the job in order to give me the most accurate bid. His price was a little bit higher than I was expecting, but not out of line. Considering the other contractors I called didn't bother to show up for appointments, we decided to go with Bryant. They were wonderful!! They started a few weeks after I called them to schedule the job, showed up the day they said they would, and worked every week day (and one Saturday morning) until the job was finished. The only time they didn't show up was when we were waiting on the new kitchen sink to come in, and that was not their fault. There was nothing else they could do until the sink came in so we were in a week-long holding pattern. Total job took 7 weeks, and would have been less had it not been for the sink. Pat and his subs had some good ideas for me in the planning of the kitchen and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The guys were all very professional and trust worthy. I have since recommended Pat to several of my friends and at least one of them is currently using him for their own remodeling job. I highly recommend Pat Bryant for any remodeling job. One bit of advice ... if you are ordering appliances, light fixtures, etc, make sure you order them immediately upon starting the job, if not before. Most of my appliances were in stock or came in quickly, but the sink and the cooking vent took more time than expected.

Overall my experience with Bryant Contractors was a pleasure and I looked forward to working with them. But once I received the bid I realized that would not come to pass. They were very far out of our price range.

Because the pillars in the living area were supporting the ceiling, the support was shifted to the attic area. At that point, the other walls were taken out and opened up the entire area, i.e. kitchen, dining, living. The living area was also sunken and it was brought up to be level with the kitchen and dining resulting in

a really wide open space. Everyone who worked on this project was just amazing. They were there every day all day. I would recommend Bryant Contractors to anyone without hesitation.

Pat did not go one cent over his initial estimate in the end. The work was done very well and in a reasonable time frame. Workers were professional and accomplished. There were a few bumps in the road, as I'm sure there usually are in remodeling, but none of them were on the part of Pat, and all were smoothed over acceptably.
