BOB'S FLORAL DESIGNS

When the flowers arrived at the funeral home they were almost 100% the colors he was told NOT to use. I know he understood, because I went to his shop and discussed it with him personally when the oder was placed. Bob refused to replace the flowers and thanks to the funeral home, two different florists were located who could replace the flowers basically over night. They saved the day!! Bob has refused to refund the cost of the original order and will not speak with us when we go by his shop. DO NOT put your floral needs of any size in the hands of this man!!

Late Thursday afternoon I got a call on my cell phone from a delivery person who said he had a floral delivery for me but was having trouble finding my office. I gave him directions and then listened to him complain about how hard it is to make deliveries downtown. About 20 minutes later he delivered my flowers, a dozen red roses and again reiterated how much he hated making deliveries downtown. I've never seen roses arranged in a vase in such a manner. The vase had that floral spongey stuff in it and the rose stems were crammed into it along with about 3 inches of water. The vase was see-through and it looked really tacky because you could see the green stuff through the vase. The flowers looked like the type you can buy from HEB, small with no real scent to speak of. The flowers were delivered to my office late Thursday afternoon. I took them home the same day and even made sure my car was cooled off before I packed them in the seat beside me. By Friday afternoon 4 of the 12 were drooping and completely wilted. I took the arrangement apart and threw away the nasty green stuff, clipped all the remaining stems and rearranged it. It's Sunday morning and I just pitched the entire arrangement in the trash. The remaining 8 roses were looking so sad this morning that I just couldn't stand to look at them anymore. Never in my 27 years of marriage have I received such a disappointing arrangement of flowers. I'm not sure what possessed my husband to call Bob's Floral Designs as he usually orders from Flowerland. Needless to say, we won't ever be ordering from Bob's Floral Designs again.
