They were okay. The work was good but the time frame was not. They took it out really quickly. They said the contractor would show up the next day, but no one showed up for another three weeks. There was very little communication in between. I wasn't too thrilled with that. They could have gotten back to us with more information about how to contact the subcontractor to get the cabinets repaired.

we called because we are selling the house and need the carpets and tile floors cleaned(and sealed).  this was explained when appointment was made.  they did a walk through and quoted price. we agreed and the work began when they tried to clean the tile floors they stated "the grout was stained and could not be cleaned"  we explained the grout comes clean with regular house cleaner but its labor intensive.  this is the reason for them being there.  they did not want to hear it and continue to slosh water all over the place with out cleaning it up.  when they were done we had to dry the wood floors and walls (which are now stainedand may have to be painted).  the rugs came out OK but one closet looks like it wasn't cleaned.   after complaining they did give us a 40% discount but that's not what we wanted and now have to hire someone else or clean the floors ourselves.  they had a special 3 rooms for $119 which ended up costing 250 and we only had our carpets cleaned.  I don't understand how a cleaning company cantt clean grout on the tile floors.

They contacted us immediately and showed up quickly. First to arrive was Armando, a project coordinator, who took a look at the damage and said that a water extraction team would arrive soon. He left and we didn't see him again for almost 2 weeks. The water extraction team was wonderful, professional and did a great job making sure everything dried out. 10 days later, we still had not heard from Armando. He told our insurance company that he called and left us a message, but he didn't. I finally called him and he told me it would be another week until they could put our carpet back together. I told insurance that I was not happy and he called back saying it would be the next day, Saturday. Armando arrived Saturday afternoon to look at the damage again with a contractor. His contractor did not address any of the areas that we felt needed to be repaired. His team arrived close after he did to fix the carpet. He left and they got to work. They had to leave for about 30 minutes, because they didn't realize the carpet tack had to be replaced. Since their coworkers took it out, I was surprised they weren't prepared. They came back and got back to work only to inform us that they did not have the proper nails or tool to put the carpet back. They did replace the pad, but we are now waiting for them to come back and finish the job. I found it interesting that they said that Armando said we were going to and quot;be p*****and quot; when they told us that they couldn't finish the job. I found that not only unprofessional of Armando, but also of the repair guys. Obviously we weren't happy, because it has been 2 weeks and they still aren't finished with the job. It's been 10 days since the carpet was dry and we are still waiting to be able to put our bedroom back together. If you get Armando, I'd request someone else. However, Dana with the extraction team is great.
Update- When the carpet guys left on Saturday, we were told that they would be back either Monday or Tuesday, it is Thursday (3 weeks since the water extraction was complete) and we still have not heard from Blackmon Mooring. Being a holiday (Easter) weekend, it will be next week until we have any hope of our carpet being put back.
Second update- After complaining the general manager came and finished putting the carpet back. It was a few more days before they cleaned the carpet. That was the good news. That bad news is that when we got our bill we noticed that it was incorrect. They were charging us for carpet work on an area that was tile, but they have not fixed it yet. In fact, it's been a month and the general manager never seems to be available to go over it; he was also very argumentative when we tried to explain the errors.
Will never use them nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.

I don't have anything else to say about them.

Blackmon Mooring did an excellent job. Cleaned every thing that in the house including the ducts.

Sean and his associate from Blackmon-Mooring did an excellent job. They were on time, left the house cleaner then when they started and performed all the work in about 3 hours. Sean also did a post job review of what they had done and gave a description of the dirt removed from all the ducts. Will use Blackmon-Mooring again when cleaning air ducts.

Cleaning of the air ducts went very well. They were very dirty and after cleaning the house smelt a lot better and I had a lot less allergy issues. They also cleaned the tile floor in my kitchen. after it was cleaned floor still looked and felt dirty, but it was still better than it was.

It was easy to make an appointment, and they actually showed up a little early. whole process took about an hour

After 5 months, they only worked for 1 day. They refused to give me a contract, they kept asking for money, I said I needed a contract but they wouldn't give me a contract. They went in and did some work, it wasn't what I wanted and they overcharged. I called the insurance company to help me with it and they told the insurance company they gave the contract right out to me but they didn't, that was January and then 3 weeks ago they've been in the house 1 day. I asked for a contract on some extended remodeling and they knew the contract was forthcoming. I'll tell other other Angie's List members not to give them a penny and watch out because they'll make holes in your walls and not finish and they're so slow. They said they would give me the contract, I gave them $10,000 but they still wouldn't give me a contract. I haven't gotten my money back, I haven't gotten a contract, I haven't gotten an estimate, I'm not happy with them. Their price was extremely high. I would never use them again.

The tech was on time and was very polite. He also took was not rushed and cleaned the working area when done.

We bought a house that was built in 1967. The previous owner stated they had never had the dryer vent or air ducts cleaned, so we thought it would be a good idea to have them cleaned prior to moving in. I made the appointment online, and received a confirmation email stating that the crew would show up between 2pm and 4pm on the scheduled day and that the work would take about 6 hours. Tre and Dre (no relation) arrived at about 3:20pm and after going over what they would be doing and how much it was going to cost, they immediately went to work. They started with the dryer vent. You would not believe the amount of dryer lint that came out of it. Talk about a fire waiting to happen! They spent nearly 10 minutes cleaning the dryer vent, making sure they got it all. Next were the air ducts. They carefully removed each of the vents, cleaned the ducts, and then replaced the vents. Finally, they cleaned the carpets, paying extra attention to any soiled spots or high traffic areas. After 4 hours of work, the house looks, smells, and feels incredibly clean and ready for us to move in. I am incredibly pleased with courtesy and professionalism exhibited by these two gentlemen. I wish all service experiences could be like this one.
