They are absolutely wonderful people. They try to use more natural products and we love that. When they leave it's not quite as smelly as when somebody else comes and sprays the house. They are just amazing people. We think the world of the family that owns it and runs the company. They are very nice people.

I have been using them for about five years, and they do an excellent job. They do a thorough job inside and out. They are punctual. They are always on time, and they are neat. It is a family-owned business, and I feel like I know them. I have had the grandson and the owner, and I just like them. I have used others, and I like Bill Schneider's Pest Control the best. I think their price might be a little better than most of them. I think I get a discount because I am a senior citizen. I am not sure, but I think it is fair though.

The Schneiders' are exceptionally professional and always ask before they do anything new. At the conclusion of their service, they always come inside and write out an invoice. They are a family owned business and I trust them implicitly. They are both very knowledgable and I can ask them to identify insects that I'm unfamiliar with and they seem eager to share this information. The total visit for a normal extermination only lasts about 20-30 minutes. I am usually set up on a quarterly schedule as they don't believe that monthly extermination is necessary (and I agree). Also, I am allergic to conventional sprays but Schneider Pest Control uses a derivative of the Chrysanthamum plant and it doesn't bother me or my pets (I have a dog and 2 birds). Overall, you can't go wrong with Schneider Pest Control.
