Bill's Fireplace Center

After ordering a gas log set from a different store, and being assured that it would be no problem for the service tech to convert our fire place, and install a gas log set. The service tech arrived very late in the day without calling first as we were told he would, he explained that he had been given the wrong phone number and they had misspelled the street name. As soon as he looked at our fire place he told us that there was nothing he could do without tearing out part of the brick wall/ or fire box. this was unacceptable to us so we canceled the order and called Bills Fire Place Center. Bill came out with in minutes of the time he said he would, and immediately went to work. Within about 45 minutes he had the fire place ready to install gas logs, and told us that he had some gas log sets that would fit our fire place if we wanted to come down to his store and pick one out he would be happy to come back and install it for us that same day.
We couldn't be happier with the timely response and quality of work that Bill did.
