Chimney Sweeping
He called the morning of the scheduled date 30 minutes after set appointment time to say he had forgotten to write down the time & date. They were at my home within 30 minutes. Came in to see the locations of the fireplaces. The first thing done was putting down fabric to protect my carpets where they were working and traveling. One man began the cleaning process. The boss then went up onthe roof to lok to see what was in place over the chimney. THe screens I thought were in place were gone. I did approve having caps put into place. He performed this task. The other man cleaned the 2 fireplaces.
I was given a cost for cleaning during the original call-interview. The second fireplace was discounted. THe price included repairs. I was surprised at the cost of each chimney cap.
They were polite and effecient.
