I like their demeanor. They perform good quality work. They are quick.

The contractor was reccomended by our insurance adjuster. It was later believed that our insurance adjuster and this company had a "behind-the-scenes-agreement" so this company would bid the jobs low, and would win the job. Then the contractor would have "unexplained cost increases" and the insurance adjuster would accept his "adjustments".
After a couple week's delay, the contractor finally started the job. He had non-licensed plumbers re-installing the kitchen sink plumbing - which still occasionally leaks to this day but I am NOT calling them back to fix it. The company replaced the drywall and covered up the return-air vent for the airconditioner - with no plans to uncover it! I had to point it out to them and tell them to fix it. Once the drywall was up and replaced, they needed to replace the insulation in the attic. Normal insulation is 12-18 inches of sprayed-in fiberglass insulation. THEY ONLY DID 3 INCHES! I could literally feel the heat from the ceiling while I was sitting in my living room! I made them come back and re-do it.
There were several other items they had to go back and correct ONLY AFTER I pointed it out. Everything was finally completed, but only after having to completely "hold their hand" and make them not cut corners. The guy then had the audacity to ask if he could bid in for my roof job the week after they finished the interior work. Needless to say, he didn't get the bid!
