This use to be the best place to go in Midland! An Oil Change is $41.99 and on Tuesday's its Ladies Day where you get 10% off and a rose for using them. They checked everything on your vehicle and did an amazing job. I have NEVER taken my car to anyone else! I had my first bad experience 3 months ago when I came in and asked fir them to use Pennzoil for my oil change like they always use and when I was checking out noticed they used some cheap synthetic oil. Since that was not what I asked for I asked if they would re-do my oil change. They did and gave me a coupon for a free oil change on my next visit. I was due an oil change today and decided to go back to them and use my coupon. They weren't very busy, a car or two ahead of me. After a while an employee came in to talk to me about my vehicle like they always do. Stated I needed a new air filter which is common in this area, I agreed to the new air filter. The employee began discussing to me that my power steering fluid was very low and surprised that I wasn't complaining about my steering wheel. I explained to him that I think he might have me mixed up with another vehicle because my steering wheel was turning just fine and he was more than welcome to drive it around the block to check for himself, he declined. Finally, started discussing my windshield wiper blades were "chewed up" and needed to be replaced. I didn't think there was any problem with them so we went into the shop totajea look at then and they were just fine, not a crack or chip in them. By this time I was getting agitated thinking that I was getting the run around and he was just trying to get me to spend unnecessary money. They finished the job, I paid and headed to my car that was parked in front of the first bay and was blown away by my car stereo being turned on full blast! Of all the things they checked on my car I don't remember my stereo speakers being one of them! I started to pull away and noticed my tire pressure light was on, went back in the shop and spoke with the same employee I've been dealing with, and spoke with him about it. He stated to me that and I quote... "Sometimes when you check the tire pressure in these OLDER VEHICLES the sensor stays on for a while" Older Vehicle? I expressed to him this was not an older vehicle, it was a 2010!!! He said "Welk you know what I mean, it looks like an older vehicle" I thought to myself, What is that suppose to mean?!?! After a little over an hour I left and I have no plans on retiring to this establishment in the future. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else! Keep a close eye on your Wife or Daughter because they Regina toy try to take advantage of woman not knowing anything about their vehicles!!!
