Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Steven Dean is the most reliable AC/Heater repairman in this area. He's cordial, prompt, responsive, and experienced. We've had other repairmen come to our house and try to give us the run-around, and then charge you just for diagnosing the problem. Steven doesn't do that; he comes when you ask, diagnoses the problem, finds the right part, and fixes the problem quickly. Moreover, he treats you with dignity and respect; he never condescends. I'd pay more for this kind of service, but the fact is, his rates are about the same as the other guys.
