It has been good.

It has been working good, just occasional, came three times in four years, that's pretty good I thought. They're very good, very fast, very efficient, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

They tried to repair the oven, but the parts were no longer available, so they had to purchase a new oven and install it. They purchased it because it was under home warranty. One of the reasons we keep renewing the policy is they're so good and so prompt and knowledgeable. I don't see any reason to go anywhere else. They were prompt and courteous and knowledgeable.

It was a $60 callout fee. There is always room for improvement, but I've been thoroughly satisfied. Every time I call, they're very prompt and they get right on the problem. They're very courteous and very knowledgeable. I find the prices very reasonable. So, if they can improve on that, I would be glad to hear that they can. I just recommend that they keep doing the good job that they're doing.

They're our home warranty people. We've had to use them several times on minor plumbing issues. It was excellent. It was pretty close to the water softener and the water heater. They were fast, prompt and courteous. They're knowledgeable on what they need to do and get it done quickly.

They are very professional and do a quick clean and very good job.  They replaced all the underside of my roof overhand and the edging on the outside of the house.  The old soffit and fascia were aluminum and they replaced it with vinyl coated and it looks beautiful.  Several years ago, American Home Improvement replaced all of my wood windows in the house with the insulated windows that fold down with cleaning.  This was twelve 3' x 6'  12 pane windows, one picture window and two double windows; they did a wonderful job with that (even cleaned all the windows inside and out when they finished) at a cost of around $10,000.  Because they did such a nice job, I called them again this year to do the overhang.
I have no complaints at all...they are a bit pricey...but they do a fantastic job.

They were prompt and professional.  The quality was not top of the line but close.  I have neighbors who complained about their Anderson windows and doors.  AHI used a product that was not well known but is working great.  I would recommend AHI.

We've always had those lovely windows, I've used them a lot. They gave us the best offers, and the best quality for the money. They were professional, they knew what they are talking about, they knew about each different products they had, and they really did helped us figure out what type of window, would work out for our home. They were dressed nicely and professionally, they were very courteous. I think it's Willy, he is so good at what he does, and he truly cares, he came and checked on the job when they were putting the windows in, and he wasn't a stranger, he came and he followed up, he was a great guy. They have such a strong work ethics and perfection kind of ethics, they really do supply good product and good work, they are willing to work hard and do things right and if by chance it isn't done exactly right, they'll come back and fix it.

They did as promised and done it fast. They were well appearing and professional. They are somewhat more expensive than some but after my experiences as of late I know you get what you pay for and I am well pleased. I would recommend them to my family.

Materials were appropriate for construction, very sturdy.  Pergola was built to accommodate area for a great fit just where we wanted and needed it for shading purposes.

The Re-Bath unit installation went very well, even with a few normal glitches along the way. After the unit was installed I changed my mind about the wall surround for the unit. Originally, I wanted to install ceramic tile. However, after some thought along with input from Heath at A.H.I., I decided to have them install the manufactured wall tile surround designed for the unit. That was a very wise decision.

The unit installation required some serious modifications to the sewer connection. Their in-house plumber did a superb job of taking care of that problem and the connection of the water supply lines. After the unit was installed, one of their trim guys took over and did a fantastic job of trimming out the whole thing. It looks great and I make a point to show it off to anyone who comes to visit. All the trim molding work in the kitchen and hallway was done beyond what I expected. Very high quality work.

By the way, the work of tearing out my old bathtub and preparing for the new unit was really neat to watch. Imagine using a sledge hammer to literally bust out a cast iron tub. Then, in order to bring the Re-Bath tub into the bathroom, part of the bathroom wall which opens into the hallway had to be literally cut out after removing the door molding. They restored the cut-out as if it never happened. Believe it or not, through all the above, not one ceramic floor tile was cracked or even scratched and not one scratch on the cabinet fronts or the fake marble counter top.

I'm not kidding, these guys are good.

Yes, their product is a little higher priced than maybe going to a big box store, buying a generic unit and paying someone to put it in. BUT, consider this, all the men I observed doing my job knew their job and knew how to do it right. If you want cheap, then buy cheap. That's what you will get. But, if you want it right, then be willing to pay the price to have it done right, plus the very attractive warranty which came with my unit.

You may ask if I am happy with my Re-Bath walk-in tub. Happy doesn't even begin to describe how much I have enjoyed it in the months since it was installed. It has been a literal life-saver for me. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.

Mr. Martin came out to give me an estimate, he was very courteous and the price was competitive.  They removed all the old wooden windows and installed replacement windows, along with new shutters in less than 2 days.  They did a wonderful job and even cleaned all the new windows inside and out.

The windows look great, you get what you pay for and the services were good.  They even replaced the ones that were cracked.  They custom make their windows and they did a great job.

The crew was hard working and did a very good job. Very Satisfied.

They did a great job, were on time and on budget.  Cleaned up after themselves even though they really didn't really make much of a mess.



They were there when they said they would, did a very professional job, brought in their won electrical contractor.



Bottom line: no mess, no fuss, no deviation from the estimate, done on time.

My experience with them was good.  They were efficient and the follow through was good.  They said they would be here on a certain date and they were here and got the job done in half the time they quoted.  It was a quick and easy process.

The initial appointment to measure the window went wonderful.  They called and asked if I would like an earlier appointment (who does that now).  They were quick and friendly.  When the window was replaced, they cleaned up the area very well. Very punctual.

Overall they provided an excellent service. They finished the job in a short period of time. The workman that camed was polite and cleaned up after his service.

We were really pleased with them. They were knowledgeable about what we wanted. They came when they said they would and did all the measurements for us. Their price was very reasonable. I have no complaints. They were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them!

All windows installed on time and to our satisfaction.  Gave detailed instruction on the cleaning and operations.

It has been a good experience. It is kind of a unique market and they are a little bit behind because of the job market because they can't find people to work so they are a little bit slow but the work has been good and it is quality work. They probably do the best work in town. They are a little bit too busy with work. They are professional.

We would not go to anyone else and we would not check prices with anyone else. We will only go to them. Their prices come out as good or better every time than the others. They have put windows in and it was the same thing. They were no more expensive than the big box stores and they include the installation. We are very, very pleased.
