Mike was punctual and machines are now working properly. However, I would NEVER use him again. He gruffly answered questions about what was wrong with machines and what might have caused problems. He said he would charge more if I used credit card. When he returned with part, and submitted final bill, I asked him about the 5% senior discount. He said he never gives that, but he would take $10 off the bill if I wanted. I have just moved here from Houston, and I know that this is a boom town area with small town attitudes, but he was not very professional. I do not think he should indicate on AngiesList that he takes credit cards or gives discounts since those features come with the caveat of making the customer wrong. I doubt he has ever heard the business theory and quot;the customer is always rightand quot;.
He was very professional, fast, and accurate. We discussed the pro's and cons or repair vs. replacement of the dishwasher and it was obvious that replacement was the right course of action. I will definitely use Mike again.
I refer him to everyone I know.
