I have used Advanced Hydrotech at 3 different homes we've owned. They have always done an excellent job and so pleasant. Carpet cleaning, treating carpet that had been in a bedroom with a slab leak.......now upholstered furniture. Hands down, the best!

A+ all the way - quick response - it saved our carpet! If they hadn't gotten in as quick as they did, we would have been looking at buying new carpet. Once the it gets wet, there is only about a 72 hour window to treat the carpet. Because they were so prompt and treated the carpet with the proper anti bacterial spray, it took care of the bacteria and smell. You would never know we'd had an issue!

They did their job, BUT I was quoted over the phone $0.30 per sq. ft. to clean carpet. When they arrived they measured and gave my wife total price and we agreed. When I got home I saw the invoice she paid and they charged us $0.40 a sq. ft. and a $10 fuel charge. I called them and questioned and their response was "we always charge $10 fuel charge" and "its always $0,40 per sq. ft. if their is furniture in rooms" I responded to Manger, I told you we were leaving all the big furniture in place and to go around it and also that I was never told about a fuel surcharge. He said he would look at invoice and call me right back. He never called back. Its not the money, but the dishonesty and shrewd business practice that I don't appreciate and no call back to rectify. Secondly their measurements came up to 935 sq. ft. for the 4 bedrooms and closets which they charged for and closets didn't all get done. The actual sq. ft. of the 4 bedrooms/closets is 765 sq. ft. There are other companies in our area that I am sure do not do this.

I had used this company before, so three rooms for $99 was a good deal. I thought they were going to call me to select one of the dates I had chosen. When I didn't hear from them, I called them. We set a date and time (for the next day, I think), and everything was smooth from then on.

Fred and I had some difficulty getting a time established.  I told the office I would be available at 3 on Thursday.  I left about 10:30 and got home about 2:30.  Fred had called twice, trying to come earlier.  By the time I called him back at 2:30, he had already gone to another job and would come to me about 4-4:30.  He couldn't be sure he'd be through by 6:30, when I had to leave.  So we rescheduled for Friday at 2:30 and again Fred needed to reschedule for Monday.  He arrived a little after noon Monday.  I had removed all the little knick-knacks so he could move light furniture, but he didn't move any furniture.  The office had not told him that I had pre-paid with a credit card because this was an "Angie's Deal" for three rooms.  Fortunately, I had printed oout a copy of the confirmation.  We also had a  discussion about what "three rooms" included.  He decided that the livingroom-diningroom, master BR, and master bath counted as three rooms, and I was satisfied with that.  He left about 2, and the carpet was still pretty damp when my book club arrived at 7.  Everything was dry the next morning.
The actual cleaning was perfect.  He got all the trouble spots clean, and the carpet looks great!

Two workers came out and were fast, the carpet looked new and the smell was very pleasant. I got them cleaned them today so I don't know if the spots will re-appear later or not.

Chris was responsive and prompt.  The house had a minimal amount of carpet, but it was really dirty and he cleaned it very well for much less than estimates I had gotten from other companies.  I would definitely use him again.

We had just closed on our home and the bedroom's carpets were full of pet hair and smelled of animals. Advance Hydrotech came in and cleaned the carpets, baseboards and also deodorized the carpets. The Master suite needed to be stretched again and when I arrived, they had done it for me without having to ask for it. We are from out of state and have never paid more than $200 for a full home good carpet cleaning, so the price was kind of shocking for 3 bedrooms. Overall we are happy with the results and will use them again.

I called that morning because I really needed someone that day if possible I had new furniture being delivered in a couple of days and I noticed the carpet needed cleaning when the old furniture was removed I was hoping I could get some help that day. I was so surprised when I spoke with Courtney and she said she could come out that day at 1:00 o`clock. She arrived as scheduled and went to work she did a great job. She got stuff out of the carpet that the last people I used to clean the carpet had not been able to get out. I had some pet treatment put down because of a sick pet that area was cleaned very well and it looked and smelled great too. I was extremely pleased with the quality of work Courtney did.  I will use them again in the future.ways

I am very pleased with the services and will use them in the future! The price was affordable and the workers were very informative of previous damages before they started. They did the job in a decent amount of time and also cleaned the carpet! Only place in Odessa that wasn't $500 and up in price and 2-3 weeks wait! Will use again and recommend to friends needing this type of services!

extremely pleased with the quality of work performed. of special note: before the carpet cleaning started, the tecnician wiped down/cleaned all the baseboards. i had never seen that done by other cleaning sevices i had used. the work was done in a very  professional manner. the carpet looks great and price was good. highly recommended.

I was very pleased overall....the price was right, and  the work was done professionally.  He moved furniture around to get underneath, concentrated on stains and got them out!    He went over the estimate and the charge was reasonable with no hidden fees.  I will use this service again!!   I highly recommend Chris with Advanced Hydrotech at 260-9640

I called Advance Hydrotec because I was in need of carpet cleaning and stain removal from my carpet.  They had someone come out immediately (same day) and give me an estimate for the rooms I needed to have cleaned.  When estimate was given and I said that it was a great price, he offered to clean them immediately!  He was EXTREMELY professional and punctual in his work.  I would most definately use this company again!
