Those poor guys were out in 114 degree heat for over 5 hours installing the new unit and getting it going. They were very cheerful and helpful! Showed us the best filters to get (not the most expensive) and the office even helped us get interest free financing! Everyone was friendly and helpful and got us cool again!!

I would totally recommend Action Air & Plumbing for any home project. They gave us a free quote. We like what we heard so we scheduled our project. They got here on time and they were very respectful, profesional and the work was completed in a timely fashion to our complete satisfaction. They came highly recommended by our neighbor and she was right, they re as good as she said they were. Their service is professional and affordable. Plumber is thorough, took photos of pipe problem and sent to my cell, and he was very respectful.

Mike and Bret arrived on time and fully equipped to get my septic tank pump-out job done. Although it was hot outside they worked straight through until the job was completed. The cost was a bit more than I expected, but it was well worth it to have this job professionally handled. Bret also provided useful tips and products for maintaining my septic system, and advice on "what not" to flush down our toilets. He also provided me a referral for another project we'll be undertaking soon. Great experience, and I definitely will be recommending Action Air to my friends.

I had an estimate from another company who stated I needed to replace my drain at a cost of approximately $1,000. So I called Action Air to get a second opinion, and though they had to reschedule my original appointment, I was thrilled with the result. Sam was a very friendly, knowledgeable technician. He was able to clear the drain, and advised me of ongoing maintenance I can do to prevent future clogs. The cost was a fraction of the first quote, so I will definitely call them in the future.

They came out when they said and got the job done.

We are a business. On 11/6/18 we received a bid to repair/replace our septic system due to damage caused by neighboring business. We were told permits would be filed and we should be repaired within a few weeks. A week or so went by and I contacted Terry to see if there was a date of completion. He told me at that time he had not filed for permits and did not want to deal with the lady next door. I reached out to the insurance company and they said they would deal with Action on their own. I let Terry know this. He said he would file for permits but due to the wait it would be mid January before we were fixed. Yesterday, 1/3/19, I emailed him to check on a date of when the work would be done. This morning I had an email from him stating he had never filed for permits and would not be doing this job that I should find someone else. Lack of communication is the biggest issue here. We are thinking two times things are moving forward and I had not emailed to check status would not know that he had done nothing. I would not recommend this company.

Great company to work with when he had a very invasive project to do. They were in and out very quickly, but always had time to inform us on their progress. Specifically their main master plumber, Sam was the best!!

Mike did a great job, was on time, very professional and cleaned up the area that he was working on
