 + -1 moreI have used James Dean Air for a few years now to service my two A/C units, one of which is rapidly aging. I am extremely happy with James Dean Air and recommend them highly. James and Dean are the proprietors and they really put passion into what they do. They are also responsive and honest about both cost and time to repair the units. Their billing is transparent and they show up on time. Speaking of that old unit, even though he could make more installing a new system, every time I call they do all they can to make sure my old unit keeps cranking, which I greatly appreciate, considering how much a new system would cost me.
Description of Work: I noticed the fan on the outside unit not spinning, but the unit seems to be receiving power because it was buzzing as it normally does when it runs with the fan. I called James Dean Air, they inspected and tested the unit, determining the fan motor was bad. They replaced the motor and capacitor in record time and had me up comfortable again.
