TV Sales
The place has been a PETSMART now for over 2 years and Ultimate Electronics is out of business! Angie's List relies on member updates...but the 2005 is the last/only report. Angies List could do better with their data bases--or not offer a report/listing if no update after 5 years! Really now---the price that consumers are charged for the membership fee!!!!

WE WERE VERY PLEASE WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM ULTIMATE ELECTRONICS. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS, AND ALSO HAD EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. WE RECEIVED SEVERAL CALLS MAKING SURE WE DIDN'T HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE TELEVISION, AND MANY CALLS ABOUT TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ANY EXTENDED WARRANTIES.

SALESPERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL. TECHNICIAN WAS HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING SYSTEM EVEN THOUGH I HAD TO WAIT AN EXTRA DAY TO PICK UP MY CAR. THEY DID KEEP ME UP TO DATE ON THE TIME AND DAY IT WOULD BE READY.

NICE PEOPLE WORK THERE, BUT SOME ARE A LITTLE MORE RESPONSIVE THAN OTHERS. FUN TO HAGGLE WITH ON PRICE. I GOT A GREAT DEAL AND MY CAR WAS FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE READY.
