Clayton was our main contact for the project. He was punctual with sample and setting up a start date. The sample was not what we ha in mind therefore he suggested an Oklahoma Flagstone although we did not see a sample of it prior to the project it matches very well with the current aggregate that is around the pool. Ricardo the stone mason and his crew were timely and kept the mess to a very minimum, cleaning up after each day. The work took a couple extra days than originally planned but most projects due. The pool and copping looks wonderful and it is a beautiful upgrade! The downside is that they did not drain the pool leaving some sand/concrete in the bottom of the spa and pool. They did vacuum once but there is some residual. Over time I'm sure our vacuum and pool service will get the rest. Upside is we saved money on our water bill. Clayton was available by phone and text and was very courteous. I would highly recommend TruTex for this sort of project!

The process with Trutex was about as easy as could be. We worked with Nick Helton, and they always had a supervisor on site and he stopped by several times during the process. He is quick to respond to questions, comments, and was definitely interested in doing the job right. The real pain in this process is the insurance payouts, routing through whomever financed the home, and getting them paid. They were patient and worked with our insurance company on supplements. They completed all of the work quickly and efficiently. We were in the midst of a rainy week for the roof, so they pulled several crews to ensure it was done without any rain, noting if more than a 30% chance of rain, they would not start. Very happy with all of it and highly recommend to others.

Trutex gave us a couple of options and sent clearly explained quotes by email. Samples were dropped off, and call were returned to help us make decisions. They handled all the details and prepared us for what we could expect Most of the work was done on one day. Workers left work site clean and neat when complete. Great company to deal with.

Excellent job, crews were quiet, quick, well supervised, efficient and neat. Cleaned up after themselves. Used a magnet over our yard to pick up spent nails, cleanup was excellent. My comments on punctuality are they were slow to commit to performing, excellent on performance timing, crews were here promptly and works well. Getting the project started was a slow process and wish they had kept us better informed as to when they would start. They always responded truthfully when asked though I felt they should have told me timing without me having to ask. My B ratings are based that it took too long to get them to start and I thought they were a touch pricy on the roofing. But very reasonable on the wood repair and painting. But I may be wrong on the roofing as I am basing that on the insurance adjuster's comments. I have nothing to compare it too. I would definitely use TRUTEX again. I feel we receive a quality job, we added roof vents at extra cost and that price was very reasonable. Overall: Good company to deal with, have already requested an estimate from them for more work in the spring. Not a case if we would use them again, it's a case of when.

This company, which we had use previously, was very professional, trustworthy and very fair with their pricing. Our roof and guttering could not be any better. Phone calls and texts were always promptly returned and I was comfortable leaving the house when the employees were there. When each part of the job was completed, the yard was spotless and all trash was removed. The entire experience was hassle free and I would definitely use this company again.

Cade Smith and Zak Brown represented me during insurance negotiations for repair/replacement of my roof due to a weather related incident.  Both gentleman were responsive to my questions and concerns.  They both met with the insurance adjuster and Cade negotiated a full roof replacement.  The job was scheduled the day after I signed the contract.  The day of service, the gentleman (about 4-6 men I believe) arrived on time in the morning and started tearing off the old roof.  The shingles arrived mid-morning.  My home is a small home (~1500 sq ft under roof.)  The crew worked on my roof until about 7 pm that evening.  It was a grueling hot day and the crew worked hard, didn't rush the job.  I spoke with members of the crew several times during the day and they were helpful with my questions.  They cleaned up the entire area as good as it could be prior to leaving; aside from my gorgeous new roof, a passerby would not have known the TruTex team had been there.  I could not be happier with the results and very thankful that Cade and Zak both have the patience of Job to answer all of my questions and resolve issues with my insurance company.

TRUTEX did an amazing job. The fence looks great. The cedar work looks craftsman style with beautiful top railings and very attractive hinges, handles, and locking devices.  It makes the front of our home look great! The chain link posts are firmly in place and there is no way our dogs will be digging out, as it is reinforced on all sides. We would use this company over and over again!
