We could have the dumpster for up to 2 weeks before they would charge anything additional. They did a wonderful job, did everything exactly the way they said they would. When we need disposable service again we will definitely use Triplett.

The delivered that same day that I called and the driver was extremely helpful. He placed the dumpster where we needed it and explained everything from how to open it to what could and could not be placed in the dumpster.
The day the dumpster was to be picked up was the beginning of an unprecedented 3 days of hard rain in Dallas and there was a backlog in retrievals. I was told that I wouldn't be charged even though the dumpster was going to be there over the allotted 14days because if the backlog.

I called mid morning and they dropped off a can within hours. Very prompt - early both for delivery and pick-up! then when we needed it picked up early they responded immediately and were out to pick it up within 2 hours. Very responsive and professional. I would highly reccommend!

Triplett saved my sanity when I was cleaning out my father-in-law's large house. A contractor-friend called them for me one afternoon, and the owners' son delivered it the next morning. The reason that they're special is that they did it after I had spent most of a week going back and forth with Allied/Reppublic, which I had been referred to by the Town of Highland Park. That company waffled back and forth about whether there was enough room to deliver even a small dumpster, which is strange since there is a very large apron between the garage and the alley. Don't know what that company's problem is, but Triplett was able to deliver/drop a 20-cubic-yard dumpster, the largest residential one I believe. As skilled and as careful as the young man was, he could probably have delivered a smaller one on the fly. The size of this one meant that he was able to approach the garage apron from only one end of the alley and then do a little maneuvering, but he never complained and accomplished the whole thing in a matter of minutes, without coming close to damaging anything in the alley or adjacent houses or fences. And the price turned out to be about 25% less than what Republic/Allied was going to charge, IF they had even been able or willing to do it.
