I am very happy with the screens. I have not had them long enough to see what effect they will have on my electric bill yet, but I have noticed a big improvement in my master bathroom, the room that has an unshaded west-facing window. That room would get very hot in the afternoon and that heat would seep into my bedroom. I have noticed that it is much more comfortable in there now. The screens do not make my rooms dark on a bright sunny day, the interior light is what you would have on a cloudy day. My next-door neighbors were so impressed with the look that they came over and asked who had done it, I gave them Ken's card (which is why I can't now remember his last name; sorry). I had first gotten Ken's number from some friends of mine who had him install their solar screens about 8 years ago in Rockwall. They were very happy with their screens. After all that time, they still look good and have not stretched or gotten saggy.
